Loosecubes Just Got Snazzier
Facebook and Payments and a New Design…Oh my!
We’ve been really busy for the past couple of months making huge improvements to the overall Loosecubes experience, and we’re excited to finally be able to share it with you! What began as a simple update to the look and feel of our site, turned into a full-on redesign. We’ve integrated a lot of the feedback we received from the community, so this is as much our creation as it is yours (pat yourselves on the back). Here are some of the key, new features that were added:
Facebook Connect and Recommendations
If you’re in search of a place to work, connecting to your Facebook account will allow us to recommend spaces based on your real life friends. If you’re a host, we’ll recommend Loosecubers that you can invite to come cowork with you for the day. For those of you who have already joined Loosecubes, simply sign in with your e-mail and password and connect to Facebook on your dashboard.
Payments via PayPal and/or Credit Cards
When accepting a reservation, a host can now request a payment through PayPal and/or a credit card. This allows the host to set the price at the time of payment and offer discounts to friends or daily specials without the hassle of having to adjust rates on the site. Reserving members finally have an easy way to settle their bills before arriving at a space.
Updated Reservations System with Messaging
Have a question about your upcoming reservation? Want to find out more details about the space without making a request yet? Message the host in just one click and refer back to the message thread at anytime. The new message threads are also helpful for hosts to keep track of their correspondence around specific reservation requests.
Improved Search Funtionality
While searching for a space, Loosecubers can now filter results by day/week/month, workspace type, profession, and a whole lot more. Using the filters is a great way to find the loosecube that’s the right for you and connect with relevant professionals in your field.
